    • If the item does not meet the return criteria, it will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

    • You are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, including any shipping costs for returning the defective item.
    • Photos or other proof of the damage may be required.

  • Non-refundable: For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
